Exchanges and Returns
as a new small business, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason. this includes ordering the wrong size, entering the wrong delivery address, or requesting a different case. we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and support.
Slim cases
in the past, we offered slim cases on our website. after receiving feedback from customers about cases breaking during normal use, we’ve decided to retire this style.
we’re committed to providing high-quality, durable products that protect your phone while looking great. because of this, slim cases are no longer available for purchase.

Quality issue
1. what if my case arrives damaged or defective?
we take great care in packaging our products, but if your case arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. include photos of the issue in your email so we can assess the problem. we’ll do our best to review the situation and provide guidance.
2. what if the design or color isn’t exactly what I expected?
our product images are designed to reflect the cases as accurately as possible. however, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or lighting. these small differences are normal and not considered defects.
4. how can I prevent quality issues?
- handle your case with care when removing or putting it on your phone.
- avoid exposing the case to extreme heat, water, or sharp objects.
- clean gently with a soft cloth if needed.
